Protection plans cover both tanked and tankless water heaters.  Protection plan coverage is transferrable.

Protection plans do not cover weather-related damage.

* TOTAL PROTECTION PLAN – never have to buy another water heater again!  Includes replacement of heat exchangers & tanks at no additional cost. Annual cost of $432 per year, or $35.95 per month.

** BASIC PROTECTION PLAN requires that you pay only for the replacement of the new unit + tax (labor fees will not be billed). Annual cost of $372 per year, or $30.95 per month.

*** Additional units serviced pricing also available for yearly cost of $95 per year. Applies to residential units only.

☨ With the BASIC PROTECTION PLAN or TOTAL PROTECTION PLAN, this maintenance must be performed annually by Horizon Plumbing, or the plan is null and void. Prior to implementation of either PROTECTION plan, the unit must be inspected. Age of unit will be taken into consideration and may disqualify unit from being eligible for plan.

☨☨ FLUSH WITH BURNER CLEAN PLAN includes flush of heat exchanger, cleaning of burner, and installation of new flame rods (a $70 savings).

To be eligible for plans:

• The water heater must be inspected by Horizon Plumbing to ensure proper installation and that it properly meets manufacturer’s specifications. If installation did not meet manufacturer’s specifications, then additional corrections must be applied before the unit is eligible.
• Certain levels of water hardness may require a descaler or water softener. Quality of water must be tested prior to acceptance.
• Customer must be current in payment.
